The apartment was beautifully modern and spacious, making it feel like home during our stay.
The shower could have been hotter, which was a minor inconvenience.

the kensington was fantastic! our room felt so spacious with high ceilings, and the quiet location made for a great night's sleep. it was just a 15-minute walk to the football ground, which was perfect. having our own parking space was a big bonus!

Perfect for a Girls' Trip!
Just returned from an awesome trip! We had two apartments for 7 of us. Check-in was super quick, and they even unpacked our grocery delivery. Didn’t hear a peep from other guests despite all our laughter. The only thing was the taxi situation on Saturday night—it was a real struggle to get one. But other than that, excellent stay!

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a kitchen. The staff provided excellent info about the area during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

Room clean and modern. Little touches like cereals, juice, and even a Christmas tree added a personal flair.
Sofa broken and bent. coffee table wobbly. Beds uncomfortably outdated with springs digging in. Old TV offering fuzzy picture quality. Despite the space being well decorated, the furniture needs urgent upgrades. WiFi connection more unstable than a TIE fighter in a meteor shower. No confirmation email created hassle entering the building, and parking situation, while decent, should be more straightforward.

Staying with my large family was a breeze, as the flat-screen TVs kept us entertained after a fun day exploring Newcastle. The location was super convenient, just a quick £5 taxi ride from the city center, making it easy to enjoy local attractions.
My wife says that the check-in process was chaotic and confusing.

It was just a balanced option for getting around the area in Newcastle upon Tyne, great for the money. Having two apartments made it easy for our family to have space, but we had to call for entry codes which was a hassle. Make sure to bring your own kitchen supplies. they were lacking here.

The stewed partridge was a delightful highlight during our stay. the experience was overshadowed by inadequate customer service from the new management. no one informed us that daily apartment service would incur extra charges, leaving us unprepared. A more alarming issue arose when we returned to find our apartment had been entered, with items moved and the Sky box removed. Despite reaching out, communication from management has been frustratingly absent.
